Defective Items
- Manufacturer’s defects must be returned within 60 days from original date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging and tags attached and intact. The damage on the items must not be caused because of regular wear and tear. Damages will be assessed at the discretion of SVP Sports and this decision will be considered final.

Missing Items
- Contact our customer service department immediately by raising a ticket or calling +1 905-392-6284. If you notice any damage to the packaging of your order, please make sure you send us photos clearly showing the damage.
- In the unlikely event of missing items, we check things internally & with our shipping carriers and get back to you at the earliest. A decision on such cases is generally taken within 5 business days and our customer service department provides convenient options to correct the situation.
